Welcome to our modern holiday home in Costabella, only 10 minutes drive to  Marbella and 15 minutes drive to the famos puerto banús. The airport of Málaga is 35 minutes drive away. Costabella is well know for is nice beach restaurants and its sandy beaches. Also the are many golf courses, like Santa Clara or Rio real within 5 min drive.  The modern south orientated penthouse is located in the second floor, built on one level. It consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dinning area with an open modern kitchen with direct access to the large terrace (50m2) with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The main bedroom has a double bed, the 2. bedrooms has 2 single beds and the 3. bedroom has a double bed. The main bedroom has the bathrooms en- suit and is equipped with a walk in shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower glass, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. Also you have in both bathrooms a hairdryer for your disposal. We provide linen towels, and beach towels for all the bedrooms so you only need to bring your personal items. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air condition. At the entrance you have the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, etc.  The living room with direct access to the terrace has a large couch with enough space for a relaxed evening. Also there is a smart TV with international channels and WIFI available in all rooms. The terrace with beautiful views to the sea and garden has also a large dining table and a gas BBQ to enjoy the evenings outside with family and friends.  The dinning room is equipped with a table with 6 chairs. Guest access The complex has several outdoor swimming pools with sunbeds to enjoy in the summer month a relaxing holiday in the sun of the Costa del Sol. Also there is a tennis curt in the complex. The guest have unrestricted access to all the facilities of the community.  You can walk though the nice set garden of the urbanization directly to the beach. At the beach you have directly 2 nice beach restaurants. To the right you have "Miguel y Maria, Da Sergio" a mixture of italian and spanish food. To the left you have "Fernando y Encarni" a tiypicall spanish restaurant also very nice set!
