Property keys can be collected from our onsite Head Office in Calahonda which is cleaned to regulated requirements and is equipped with full personal protection equipment and facilities to safeguard and guarantee the health and safety of our clients and company personnel. Superb one bedroom apartment situated within the prestigious beachfront "Mi Capricho" complex. Beautiful tropical gardens, two stunning free form swimming pools and only metres from the beach. There is a communal area on the complex which has free Wi-Fi for people staying on the complex to use. This bright spacious apartment is fully air conditioned and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Underground parking and a lift to all floors. Great choice for all age groups. This property offer's WIFI and internet enabled TV. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate an extra 2 people in addition to the 2 people in the bedroom. There will be a laundry supplement added for the use of the sofa bed. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
