Welcome to our vacation home in Urb Arroyo de las Piedras, a short distance from the center of Marbella and just 10 minutes by car from Puerto Banús. The apartment is located next to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, there are also many nearby golf courses. This luxurious holiday home is built on two floors, consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a modern kitchen with utility room and a small toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, en-suite bathrooms (both with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet) and exit to a private terrace. The living-dining room has a big sofa and 2 armchairs to have a nice time with family and friends watching television. Also it has a round dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. There is also a small utility room with a washer and dryer. The two terraces are perfect for relaxing reading or for having breakfast before starting the day. There is also WIFI available in all rooms. In addition, the rent includes a garage space directly under the building, where it can be accessed directly via the elevator. Guest access The complex has an outdoor swimming pool to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun on the Costa del Sol in the summer month.
